Overall really easy experience. The customer service team confirmed my insurance was set up and ready to go prior to my appointment, and the in-person team made sure I was well taken care of. It was straight forward and simple. I couldn’t have asked for anything better!

I had a really great experience with this dental office. The entire team was incredibly informative, patient, and attentive throughout my visit. I’ve always been very sensitive when it comes to my teeth and honestly quite nervous about going to the dentist, but they made me feel completely at ease. They worked very carefully, checked in with me often to make sure I was comfortable, which I truly appreciated & they explained everything. I’m very grateful for their kindness and professionalism, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone—especially if you’re someone who feels anxious about dental visits.

I had a great experience at this office! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me so warmly. The entire visit went smoothly, and I really appreciated how well-informed I was kept throughout the appointment. They explained everything they were doing, which made me feel very comfortable. Attentive and quick! Update: it has only been 2 days since my appointment and I have recieved 8 emails and 2 text messages asking me how my visit was and when im coming back etc. I believe this may be due to the fact I did not go ahead with the full care plan, which was nearly $3k for a deep cleaning and out of my budget. While I had a nice experience in the office, the spamming since and the steep costs of their services (I did get my initial concern done: file down the orthodontic glue on 2 teeth; took 2 min at most and cost $150) have convinced me to revise my original posting.

I am writing to share my feedback regarding the exceptional service I received at The Aspen Rivers Landing Dental office. The entire team has been magnificent. Their professionalism, friendliness, and sincere effort in assisting me with scheduling me for my dental needs have been truly amazing. I feel very fortunate to have encountered such excellent service. Despite the challenges I faced in making it to my appointments, the staff remained outstanding, consistently demonstrating patience and empathy. I truly hope that everyone at this location is recognized for their hard work, as they are a five-star staff. I hope corporate acknowledges the high level of care they provide to their patients.
